Driftwood Boutique Has a 15-Day Return Policy
ALL TIKTOK SHOP ORDERS MUST BE RETURNED THROUGH TIKTOK'S RETURNS PROCESS
All online store return or exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days after receiving your order. After your return is accepted, you must ship it within 7 days of receiving a return shipping label.
All Refunds are Issued in the Form of Store Credit
Upon successful completion of a return, a Driftwood Boutique Gift Card will be delivered to your email (store credit never expires).
All returns are free of charge, and we do not charge a restocking fee. Your credit will reflect the price that you paid for the item minus any original shipping charge (if applicable); if any discounts or promotions were applied, this will also be reflected in your credit.
Damages & Issues/Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, swimwear, intimates, or bodysuits. These items are all FINAL SALE.
Exchanges
The fastest way to complete an exchange is through our Return Portal. Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different variant (e.g.: size). Exchanges are not accepted for items purchased on TikTok Shop; returns must be initiated for these orders on TikTok, and a new order may be placed through either TikTok Shop or our online store.
Returns/Refunds to Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be issued a gift card within 10 business days.
